Girls Who Code is a national nonprofit organization that aims to support and increase the number of women in computer science by providing young women with the necessary computing skills to pursue modern-day opportunities.

They are looking for a Manager, Seasonal Recruitment, to grow the network of educators who bring Girls Who Code curricula to the summer programs. This person will oversee all hiring of summer programs staff and establish ongoing partnerships to maintain a strong pipeline of educators. They will also be responsible for developing strategic plans to recruit teaching team members who are reflective of our diverse community of students. They will collaborate with the curriculum and instruction team to ensure they find high-quality, dedicated computer science teachers who are aligned with GWC’s values to continue growing their community of educators, teaching assistants, advisors, and instructional coaches.

This is a full-time position that is based in New York City. A regular, hybrid work schedule, requiring two days in the office, is currently in place but is subject to change. They are not considering remote applicants.
