Bishop Fox, a global information security consulting firm, is looking for an Associate Recruiter to join their team remotely and help attract the right talent as they grow.
Responsibilities include:
Actively sourcing qualified candidates using internet databases, social media, and job boards
Conducting pre-screening interviews
Acting as the liaison between the candidate and Bishop Fox
Conduct interview debriefs with recruiting team and the hiring team; providing candidate feedback, including process, metrics, and industry trends
Build a candidate pipeline that will allow Bishop Fox to have a qualified talent pool for full-time employees, interns, and subcontractors as required
